A BIT ABOUT ME

With a background in mobility, flexibility and strength training gained over the past 8 years across a variety of different fitness environments; from running classes in public bodybuilding gyms through to private one on one mobility coaching in my personal studio. I aim to provide a forward thinking, biomechanically informed approach to restoring healthy, functional movement.

OUR SERVICES

I have trained with Will for 4 years and over this duration I have learnt an incredible amount of detail about my body and how to train properly and effectively.
Having sustained several injuries over these years Will has shown me how to fix and then strengthen my body to prevent future injuries.
Through the weekly Core Strength Class Will has coached me how to engage and use my abdominal muscles again, after having Caesarean sections which affected my ability to use these muscles for decades!
Will is incredibly knowledgeable, works us hard to achieve lasting results and has great taste in music

As a lawyer, I’m at a desk or laptop or looking at my phone most of every day. I developed flashes of back, neck and shoulder pain so painful that they were wakening me up in the night. After just a few sessions with Will, he pinpointed the causes of the pain and then took a holistic approach – complementing mobility work with strength work. Most importantly, Will taught me the anatomical reasons for that pain, and taught me how to manage it myself outside of sessions. Around a month later, the pain was gone and I could sleep again. That was around 3 years ago but I still see Will weekly – now we work on overall body mobility and strength – for my physical, and mental health. It makes me a healthier, calmer, more productive person and professional.
